Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to New Jersey, New York City, and Philly!

Are delivery fees included in my purchase?

The delivery fee is $11. However, delivery is free on orders over $40! Delivery fees include tolls, fuel, & service fee.

How long can I expect before my plant is delivered?

Please allow 1-7 Days before your plant arrives. You will receive a text notification the day before.

If I am unsatisfied with my plant, may I request a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately, all orders are final sale. However, we are happy to provide you with resources to properly maintain your plant. Visit our IG: @mobile_roots for tips!

Can I request Contactless Delivery?

We understand the seriousness of COVID-19 and follow a safety policy which includes wearing a mask, using hands sanitizer in between delivery, and maintaining a 6ft distance from others. Each delivery is contactless & safe.

Is potting included in my plant purchase?

Your plant comes in the standard plastic grow pot. Check the descriptions of the plants for the pot size!
